Our rates are quoted in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are per night for sole occupancy of the accommodation unit concerned.
Quotations can be offered in both US Dollars and Euros on request.
Off-seasonal bookings, or bookings of 15 nights or more may qualify for discounts, at the owners discretion.
The minimum rental for Toad Heights is 5 nights. The minimum rental for Leapfrog and Tadpoles is 3 nights.

A baby cot is available for £5 per night.
A non-returnable deposit of 20% of the total cost is required to secure all bookings.
The balance must be paid within 30 days of commencement of the booking. Payments can be made via PayPal, UK cheque, UK online banking or bank transfer.

Reservation payments can be made by UK cheque, PayPal or wire transfer. All major credit/debit cards are accepted via PayPal.
Cancellation
Cancellations within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable except for severe illness or injury (doctors certificate required) or for instances of national emergency such as the recent pandemic. Airline bankruptcy will also be favourably considered. Other cancellation/refund requests will be judged on a case by case basis.
